For centuries, winegrowing was Besançon's main economic activity. It has left behind an unsuspected built heritage that is nonetheless very close to the old town centre.
Guided by the association's volunteers, you'll explore the Bregille hill. A walk through history and nature, discovering terraces, dry-stone buildings
terraces, dry stone buildings, replanted vines and the sheep that look after the area.
